How will my order be shipped? |
| We ship most orders via United States Postal Service (Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation). If you require overnight or two-day guaranteed shipping, just let us know and we'll calculate shipping charges accordingly. Larger orders (including wholesale) may be shipped via UPS Ground, if it is a less expensive option. | |

How long will it take to get my order? |
| Each of our items is handmade, and custom-made based on your individual order. Your order will be shipped within 10 – 14 days of processing. Wholesale orders may take longer, due to their larger quantity. | |

What is your return and/or exchange policy? |
| We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your card for any item you are not satisfied with. All items must be returned to LiLiCouture within 14 days of the shipping date in unused condition with original tags and packaging. Return shipping must be prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. You will be charged shipping to send the new item back to you. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is not refundable. You will promptly receive a refund (credit to your charge card) upon our receipt of the returned items.
